At high water the Falls shake the ground, the spray is visible 30 miles away and you're guaranteed a heavy shower as you walk the pathways. Mid-season's rainbows are a photographer’s dream, as is the vast rocky canyon with individual torrents at low water. That’s why the amazing Victoria Falls is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of The World. We can’t wait to show it to you.

Around every corner there’s a different view – over the river, across the dam, through the woods. And there’s always a bird expert or river guide to tell you what you see.

We know that nearly everyone who finds their way to us will be weary – the journey, the long days of safari – so our aim is to let you wash off the dust, toss your clothes into the laundry basket, unwind, get into that little boat and drift down the Zambezi at sunset with an ice cold beer in your hand to discover a different magic.

You can choose to spend your time (and different amounts of your money!) in one of our unique thatched cottages set amongst lush gardens, or spoil yourself in our private farmhouse with your family and friends, or return to nature in our woodland safari tents.
